The ZLYJ series reducer is a high-precision hard tooth surface transmission component with thrust seat designed for plastic screw extruders. The product design adopts various technical specifications specified in ZBJ19009-88. Its characteristic is that the gears and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel material. The gears are processed through carburization, quenching, and grinding processes. The gear accuracy is GB10095-88, level 6. The tooth surface hardness is HRC54~62. There is a large-sized thrust bearing installed at the front end of the hollow input shaft to withstand the axial thrust during screw operation. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency.

3、 Applicable scope:

1. The high-speed shaft speed shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute

2. The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 20 meters per second

3. The working environment temperature is -40 ° C&Flash; 45 ℃, if it is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0 ℃ before starting.

4. This reducer can be used for operation in both directions, but some models have a high-speed shaft with a one-way oil pump. The default direction is: facing the output shaft, the output shaft rotates clockwise. If there is a change in direction, please explain it when placing an order.
